1. Introduction
Welcome to Asia Impact Imperative Pte. Ltd. We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguard your personal information. By interacting on our website, providing your information and using the services of Asia Impact Imperative (“Aii”), you signify that you have read, understood and consent to Aii’s collection, use, disclose and protect your personal data, as described in relevant portions of this Policy.
2. Information we may collect from you
2.1 Aii may collect the following data about you
2.1.1 personal information (such as your name, contact numbers, email, photographs and/or video images)
2.1.2 financial information (organization budget, payment details, donation history)
2.1.3 information derived from cookies (small text files which uniquely identify your browser) where you visit any website or use any application created by or on behalf of Aii; and/or
2.1.4 information you provide to Aii in relation to the provision of any services from Aii to you.
3. How we collect information
3.1 The information may be collected in the following ways:
3.1.1 directly from you, from your authorized representative (i.e. persons whom have been validly identified as being you or your authorized representative)
3.1.2 records from correspondences, including details obtained through your calls or emails, your enquiry via our website or otherwise
3.1.3 from publicly available sources
4. Use and disclosure of personal data collected
4.1 You agree that Aii may use your personal data where permitted by law and for the following purposes:
4.1.1 Communicating with you about our services, fundraising campaigns and events
4.1.2 Processing payments and providing payment receipts
4.1.3 General
i. for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and guidelines and for internal audit, publicity, research and survey purposes; and
ii. for other purposes as reasonably required to provide services to you
4.2 In addition, you agree that Aii may disclose your personal data where permitted by applicable law and for the following purpose:
4.2.1 to disclose to public agencies, trusted partners and service providers to facilitate fundraising activities and process donations
4.2.2 if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data:
i. where we believe that we are under a legal obligation to disclose; or
ii. to protect the rights, property, security or safety of Aii, consultants or others;
4.2.3 to persons who have been validly identified as being you or your authorized representative(s) pursuant, for the purpose of the relevant transaction or enquiry;
4.2.4 to your authorized proxies such as the social welfare organization or corporate organization that you represent; and/or
4.2.5 to third parties with whom we have contracted to provide services to us for any of the purposes described above. Where Aii discloses your personal data to third parties, Aii shall ensure that such data is used only to provide services to Aii.
5. Storage of data, information security and applicability to third parties
5.1 Aii will take all steps as required by mandatory Singapore law to protect the data we collect from you.
5.2 We will make reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar activities to protect your personal data in Aii’s possession or under Aii’s control. However, please be aware that no data transmission over the internet or storage system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5.3 Aii will require these data protection standards to be observed by external parties to whom we disclose your personal data, but we cannot and do not assume any responsibility for any actions or omissions of third parties.
6. Access to personal information
6.1 At your request, we would provide access to your personal data, save that in specified circumstances your access may be subject to fees to meet our costs.
7. Amendments
7.1 Aii may modify this Policy at any time by giving you notice via our website. Use of Aii’s services after such notification signifies acceptance of the relevant modifications.

9. Governing Law
